Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Applications team. In addition to typing, filing, and scheduling; performs duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects as needed. What you will do
:

Provide general clerical assistance to the Sales Applications team. Prepare presentations, reports, memoranda, transcription, and data entry; compose letters and routine correspondence; and research information. Responsible for reception and telephone duties as needed, including signing for front office packages. May be required to make meeting and travel arrangements. Responsible for sorting and distributing mail. Administer office operations or specialized business functions.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of administrative assistant or customer service experience

• Associate’s Degree

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.35-$33.99 in Virginia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing. All testing and employment decisions will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
