• Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiativesfocusedonengineeringprocesses,efficiency,quality,productivity,and customer satisfaction.
• Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,engineering standards,configurationcontrolrequirements,ISOprocedures,and documentation practices.
• Provideregularreportingandbusinessreviewsondepartmentalperformance,project status,resource utilization,strategic objectives, and key business metrics.
• Managedepartmentalbudgets,staffing plans,succession planning,talent development,employee engagement,and performance management activities.
• Serveastheprimaryescalationpointfortechnical,operational,resource,andprojectexecutionissuesimpactingcustomersor business performance.
• Championcross-functionalcommunicationandcollaborationtoensureengineeringteamsoperateasaunifiedorganization supporting company goals.
• Collaboratewiththe Director of Engineeringandotherbusinessleaderstoidentifyopportunitiesfororganizationalgrowth ,process optimization, and strategic improvements.
• Supportstrategicplanninginitiativesandorganizationalobjectiveswhileperformingotherdutiesas assignedinsupportof company goals.
