Salary Range: $14.75 – $18.25/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

- Successful completion of a Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services,
OR - Successful completion of a Direct Care Aide (DCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Social Services
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Capacity to work independently while also demonstrating a team player mentality
- Passion for serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life
- Recent graduates are welcome; we will provide training on our processes and culture

- Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well‑being through daily interactions and encouragement.
- Help with meal assistance, light housekeeping, and ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement annually
