Guest Service Agent

Overview

The Blackburn Inn is searching for personable, friendly, and passionate individuals to join the team. As a valued team member, you will lead the charge for creating an exceptional guest experience in Front Desk Operations. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, creating reservations, answering requests either via phone or face-to-face, monitoring the front desk and retail shop, and other duties as assigned.

• Receiving assigned section, keys, supplies and any priority room requests.
• Turning in keys and unused supplies at the end of each shift.
• Responding to guest requests and reporting guest issues in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Properly storing any lost items and reporting any damage or maintenance problems to the shift supervisor.
• Checking in and checking out guests

• Must possess strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

• Salary: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
