Open Positions:
Skilled Machine Operators
– Supporting
automated manufacturing operations,including molding, grinding, inspection, and cleanroom operations.
Shifts Available - Fixed, Rotating 12-Hour
Schedule:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 10% shift differential
Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 15% shift differential
Both shifts follow a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, including every other weekend.
Shift differentials are paid in addition to the base hourly rate.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Previous manufacturing or production experience and machine operator experience required; training on Cadence equipment and processes is provided.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing full gown Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gowns, gloves, hair covers, and other required protective garments, for extended periods as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
