Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, home‑based nursing care to children and adults
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
- Use electronic documentation tools (tablet provided by Aveanna)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
- CPR certification (hands‑on) – Aveanna can assist with obtaining after hire if needed
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Preferred: six months of hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
- Reliable transportation
- State‑specific requirements (if any)
