Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, home‑based nursing care to children and adults
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
• Use electronic documentation tools (tablet provided by Aveanna)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
• CPR certification (hands‑on) – Aveanna can assist with obtaining after hire if needed
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Preferred: six months of hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
• Reliable transportation
• State‑specific requirements (if any)
