Starting Pay: $53,564 per year & Sign-On Bonus of $10,000

Provide high‑quality acute psychiatric evaluation, crisis stabilization, and intensive short‑term treatment that empowers children and their families to make developmentally appropriate choices and strengthens children’s hope, resilience, and self‑esteem.

• Knowledge of illness and treatment modalities, especially medication management
• Ability to implement nursing care plans and provide guidance to Psychiatric Care Techs as necessary
• Computer skills and ability to document without error in the Electronic Health Record
• Skilled at communicating with a young patient population with special needs
• Effective communication across treatment teams and within the nursing department
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health psychiatric diagnosis, trauma‑informed care, and evidence‑based treatments

• Veteran preference
• Bilingual language skills considered
