Night Shift Nurse Supervisor
Schedule: Full-Time | 8 or 10 hours shifts, M-Th/Fr, on-call as needed.

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during night shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Serve as the on-site clinical leader, making critical decisions and providing guidance in urgent situations.

• Monitor patient care plans, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and regulations.

• Conduct shift handovers, staff assignments, and ensure proper documentation.

• Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and resolve issues.

• Respond to emergencies and elevate concerns appropriately.

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and staff.

• RN or LPN license in WV.

• Minimum of 1 years prior nursing management experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
