- Quality Assurance:
Monitor, audit, and enhance clinical systems to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. - Staff Development Coordinator:
Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and onboarding for nursing staff. - Infection Preventionist:
Lead infection control efforts, maintain compliance with CDC & CMS guidelines, and promote a safe environment.
- Current RN license in VA.
- 2+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care.
- Certification or experience in Infection Control & Staff Education preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
