• Quality Assurance:
  Monitor, audit, and enhance clinical systems to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Staff Development Coordinator:
  Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and onboarding for nursing staff.
• Infection Preventionist:
  Lead infection control efforts, maintain compliance with CDC & CMS guidelines, and promote a safe environment.

• Current RN license in VA.
• 2+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care.
• Certification or experience in Infection Control & Staff Education preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
