Overview

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver assists with ensuring that each visit from a customer results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

• Maintain a clean driving record. Safety is a priority for you and our customers; arrive and return safely in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues. Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and health and safety standards in work areas, including the vehicle.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations as needed.
• Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Dress for success by following uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Complete delegated cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
• Operate cash register or point-of-sale devices and use suggestive selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and contribute to team effectiveness.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable with good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age: 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle; possess all required state and federal documents and permits (keep an updated copy of insurance).
• Flexible work availability; results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
