Full Time in Staunton, VA
Base salary $54,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year, plus commission and bonuses.
This is a sales role—must be comfortable with sales.

Role DescriptionAs Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.
Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑driven.
