Pay Range: $19.00-$22.20, depending on experience

This role will provide excellent customer service, communication, and safety, and will enable the employee to professionally deliver, install, move, and remove vendor and cooler equipment to the customer's satisfaction safely and efficiently per Company standards.

• Handle replacement, installation, and removal of vending and cooler equipment at customer locations while meeting customer satisfaction and adhering to Company standards.
• Administer assembly of vending and cooler equipment on customer locations by loading and unloading equipment using forklift, pallet jack, and vendor dollies.
• Remove packaging materials and equipment pods using cordless impact driver, sockets, wrenches, and verify asset numbers.
• Drive safely following all motor vehicle laws, complete safety training, and adhere to DOT pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections if required.
• Maintain responsibility for key inventory, money, and product; sign out keys and monies for full‑service vending and return them at shift end.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues for equipment malfunctioning at time of delivery and place a service call if unable to resolve.
• Operate handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery, removal, and movement records.

• Must be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds.
• Moves large pieces of equipment in uncontrolled temperatures.
• Drives or rides for long periods.
• Operates vehicle, hand trucks, stair climbers, product carts, vendor dollies, forklifts, pallet jacks, cordless impact driver, sockets, wrenches, and electronic devices.
• Must be organized and able to work on a team.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Physical.
• Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.
