Our client, a leading manufacturer serving the utilities and infrastructure sectors, is seeking a Product Manager to join their growing team in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key product portfolio, driving its growth, profitability, and market position. Working closely with Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customers receive innovative, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Product Manager

Own and develop the product portfolio, driving growth, profitability, and market share.
Create and deliver product strategies and roadmaps aligned to customer and business requirements.
Lead new product launches, ensuring successful introduction to the market.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to maximise product performance and customer value.
Act as the product specialist, providing technical and commercial support to customers and colleagues.
Develop and deliver product training to improve product knowledge across the business.
Support continuous improvement by driving product enhancements and resolving product-related issues.
Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and specifications.
Skills & Experience - Product Manager

Experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, Product Engineering, or a similar role within an engineering environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical products, valves, fittings, fluid control, or related technologies.
Commercially aware with experience managing product performance and market opportunities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical or engineering background, supported by practical project management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems such as ERP or CRM platforms.
