Headteacher

Springwell Community College, an 11-16 secondary school in Staveley and part of The Two Counties Trust, is seeking a headteacher to lead the school through a pivotal stage in its development. The core of the role is securing strong outcomes for every student while shaping the school's direction alongside staff, families and the Trust. It carries whole-school leadership of a popular, ambitious school.

Visa sponsorship is not available, and the start is Easter 2027, with September 2027 possible.
