Position: Customer Service & Sales Advisor
Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Motorhomes & Caravans

Location:

Staveley, Chesterfield Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Contract Type:
Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. One to two Saturdays per month, 8:30am–2:00pm (paid at time and a half)

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor on behalf of a respected and long‑established motorhome and caravan business based in Staveley, Chesterfield.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, dedicated, and hands‑on family-run team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales of both new and used motorhomes, ensuring customers receive a professional, informative, and welcoming experience from initial enquiry through to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist walk‑in customers, providing knowledgeable product advice and guidance.

* Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and support them through the full sales process.

* Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

* Process orders and payments accurately using the till system.

* Recommend additional products and upsell where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities.

* Liaise with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and availability.

* Maintain strong relationships with key account customers.

* Support stock management, documentation, and occasional trade events.

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service and sales, ideally within motorhomes, caravans, or the automotive industry.

* Confident, articulate communicator with strong negotiation skills.

* Professional appearance and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a small, supportive team.

* Organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.

* An interest in motorhomes, campervans, or leisure vehicles is highly advantageous.
