Santiam Hospital & Clinics is a community-based, not-for-profit, 40-bed acute-care hospital with 12 clinics, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, General Surgery, Pulmonology with sleep medicine, Orthopedics, Women’s Health, and Podiatry. WeAre Looking For:
An Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care clinics. Currently we have a position open in our family practice clinics and our internal medicine clinics.
- Family Medicine Clinic
:
Provides primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. The team delivers comprehensive care focusing on acute, chronic, and preventative health concerns for individuals and families. - Internal Medicine Clinic
:
Specializes in adult primary care with a focus on managing complex medical conditions and chronic diseases. The clinic serves an adult patient population with a broad range of health needs.
You will collaborate closely with a team of physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive and collegial environment.
Job Responsibilities- Provide primary care tailored to the specific patient population of your assigned clinic.
- Full‑time salary based. 40 hours a week.
- Participate in clinic-wide initiatives such as virtual care integration, quality improvement projects, and patient education efforts.
- Collaborate with a team that includes medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, Care Coordinators, and community health workers.
- Active Licensed PA or NP in the state of Oregon
- Current DEA License
- Current BLS or ACLS
- Competitive Compensation: Market‑leading base salary with wRVU production bonus, with hiring incentives, including sign‑on bonuses and relocation assistance.
- CME Support: $3,000 annual stipend.
