Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider – Stayton, Oregon
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-supported outpatient clinic in Stayton, Oregon. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
Position Highlights
Schedule: 40 hours/week, salaried.
Team-Based Care:
Work with medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and others.Focus:
Provide primary care tailored to the clinic’s patient population.Initiatives:
Engage in quality improvement, virtual care integration, and patient education.Technology: EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications
Active NP or PA license in Oregon.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Family or Internal Medicine.
Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus wRVU bonus potential.
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
34 days PTO annually (includes vacation, CME, holidays).
$3,000 CME allowance.
