Commercial HVAC Journeyman

We’relooking for a skilled HVAC Journeyman withat least4–8years of experience.

You’llleadinstalls, run small crews, and represent us well on-site with GCs and project leads.

You’resomeone who shows up ready, owns their work, and keeps the job moving.

• $34–$42per hourbased on experience and skill

• Lead full-cycle commercial HVAC installations-from blueprint to final walkthrough
• Interpret mechanical plans and blueprints to plan layouts and execute work with precision
• Fabricate, install, and hang large commercial duct systems with minimal supervision
• Handle refrigeration piping, charging, and equipment startups (RTUs, splits, VRF, etc.)
• Coordinate daily with PMs, GCs, and other trades to keep timelines tight and aligned
• Supervise small teams, mentor apprentices, andmaintaina culture of accountability
• Uphold safety standards and lead by example on every jobsite
• Solve field challenges quickly and professionally using experience and sound judgment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient worksite always

• Low voltage thermostat wiring
• 4–8years of HVAC installation experience
• Proven ability to lead small teams and manage jobsite workflow
• Strong communication and accountability
• Proficient in reading install manuals, wiring diagrams, and layout plans
• High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
• LEB Certification (preferred)
• Journeyman card from accredited trade school program or NATE CHP-5/Traditional (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces or rooftops
