Training & Pay:
Orientation and training provided on the job. All driver positions are paid hourly at minimum & Maximum wage of Southern Oregon at $14.70. Credit card tips, cash tips and a partial mileage reimbursement are paid at the end of each shift. Hourly is paid via check or direct deposit bi monthly. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and who average at least 32 hours per week.

HOURS:

All scheduled hours are based off what employee is available for and what the store needs. All positions are part time unless otherwise stated. Every employee has the opportunity to work into full time as long as the store has the hours to accommodate by completing training, being reliable for shifts and communicating full time needs with manager.

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, as well as access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

• General Job Duties For All Store Team Members:
  Operate all equipment;
  Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler;
  Prepare product;
  Receive and process telephone orders;
  Take inventory and complete associated paperwork;
  Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communication

  Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area;
  Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Driving and Hands Tasks:
  Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area;
  Team Members may make several deliveries per shift;
  Eye-hand coordination and frequent use of hands for pizza dough, cutters, and boxes;
  Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel;
  Use of computers, calculators, phones, and other tools as needed.
• Requires:
  Valid driver’s license with safe driving record;
  Access to insured vehicle for delivery.

Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks;
In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90 degrees or higher;
Sudden changes in temperature in work areas;
Fumes from food odors;
Exposure to cornmeal dust;
Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler;
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher;
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts;
Driving and couponing in delivery work.
