$82k to $85k plus bonus

We’re looking for a Senior
Accountant to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who values solid tenure and wishes to nurture process improvements while maintaining the highest standards in a collaborative, supportive environment
. Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the incumbent is responsible for duties related to general accounting, fixed assets, revenue analysis and reporting for both US and Canadian entities
.
Perform complex month-end and year-end closing activities, supporting the accuracy of all balance shee
t accounts and explaining variances
Prepare comprehensive financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Partner in the health of accounting, reporting, and analysis for Fixed Assets and Inventory.
Develop and maintain various monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure ongoing financial clarity
.
Collaborate on department initiatives and contribute to special projects within a team-oriented culture

Required Qualifications:
Post secondary degree required.
Prior experience with Microsoft D365 or BPC .
Proven expertise in Fixed Assets, Inventory, or Gross Margin analysis.
An ability to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid role where you will contribute to impactful initiatives, including varied projects, tax, and reporting.
A background in General Accounting and fixed assets to help our team maintain precision and clarity.
Demonstrated (3 years) experience working within a dynamic and evolving environment; your background in finance, analytics, or a related field will help us advance our goals.
Familiarity with multinational and multi-currency environments is a plus.
Continuous improvement focused with a knack for complex analysis.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite to help streamline our digital workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specialized accounting experience
CPA or active pursuit preferred Not Required
Strong background in manufacturing and corporate finance.
Previous experience within the rental industry preferred
