Vapor Shoppe is looking for a full-time Bookkeeper in St. Catharines who can manage payroll, financial records, and reports effectively. This in-person role is essential for accurate financial operations.

Candidates must possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of bookkeeping experience. The responsibilities include preparing cheques, maintaining ledgers, and filing tax returns. You will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance at the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate payroll and prepare accurate cheques

• Maintain and balance financial accounts thoroughly

• Generate and analyze financial statements and reports

• Compute fixed assets and manage depreciation

• Prepare tax returns and trial balances accurately

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong knowledge of MS Word and Windows

• Flexibility and accuracy in fast-paced settings

• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
