Position: Ontario Accounting Associate Opportunity

With a minimum of two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, you’ll handle invoices, reconcile accounts, and use Odoo ERP to maintain accurate records. Your strong organizational skills and commitment to improvement will enhance team performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable cycles

• Prepare invoices and reconcile financial accounts

• Monitor outstanding payments and conduct collections

• Process invoices and manage vendor payments

• Support month-end activities and audit requests

Requirements:

• 2+ years of A/R and A/P experience

• Proficient in Odoo ERP or similar systems

• Strong proficiency in Excel and office tools

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Effective communication with internal and external teams
