In this role, you will be critical in processing a high volume of vendor invoices and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. As a key member of our financial team, your expertise will support compliance and accuracy within accounts payable. Successful candidates will excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and demonstrate proficiency in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and coding

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and investigate discrepancies

• Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation

• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field required

• Minimum three years of Accounts Payable experience

• Experience in manufacturing or project-based environments

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
