Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile intercompany transactions with operations regularly

• Prepare and distribute unbilled freight transaction reports

• Match invoices with appropriate documents for accuracy

• Address and escalate complex invoice queries to supervisors

• Conduct clerical duties including filing and answering calls

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting

• Associate's Degree or post-secondary education required

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables

• Working knowledge of CODA is a plus
