CPA Accountant Role in Fort Erie

Location: Fort Erie

Amp Think is looking for a CPA Accountant to oversee our Fort Erie office's accounting operations. This role involves managing both Canadian and cross-border financial records daily.

As a CPA Accountant, you'll manage accounting books, handle payroll and tax remittances, and coordinate with our Texas-based CFO. This senior-level position blends accounting with light office management, ensuring smooth operations for Amp Think's Canadian entity. Your work will support major projects across North America's sports venues, offering a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting and records for the Canadian entity

• Prepare and remit Canadian GST/HST and payroll deductions

• Reconcile intercompany transactions between CAD and USD

• Track incoming bills and ensure proper coding and approval

• Maintain daily office tasks, including filing and supplies

Requirements:

• Active CPA designation required

• Experience in construction or project-based accounting preferred

• Strong accounting skills in both CAD and USD

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ready for a full-time, on-site role in Fort Erie
