This role supports the hotel’s financial operations through hands-on involvement with accounts payable, receivable, and daily records management in a hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices promptly with proper approval

• Match invoices to purchase orders efficiently

• Prepare accounts payable batches and payment runs

• Reconcile vendor statements and manage inquiries

• Assist in daily cash and credit card reconciliations

Requirements:

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience required

• Proficient in accounting software and Excel

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data
