We seek a detail-oriented accounting professional ready to support our Finance & Accounting team. You'll perform bookkeeping tasks, manage both accounts payable and receivable, and assist in monthly audits. Your ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and solve discrepancies will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and record full-cycle accounting functions

• Process payments for vendors to ensure accuracy

• Manage incoming payments and outstanding balances

• Conduct monthly reconciliations and resolve issues

• Assist in preparing commission payments for staff

Requirements:

• Two-year College diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in accounting

• Strong computer skills with ERP system proficiency

• Previous experience in the insurance sector is advantageous

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
