Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process vendor invoices and payments

• Resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders

• Reconcile statements for vendors effectively

• Maintain organized financial documentation

• Assist during month-end close and reporting procedures

Requirements:

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Ability to handle confidential financial information

• A diploma or certificate in accounting/bookkeeping preferred
