Position: Experienced Project Controls Manager Needed
Location: Port Colborne

Join Ellis Don as a Project Controls Manager focusing on advanced manufacturing and life sciences projects. Lead cost control, budgeting, and change management with impactful results.

In this senior role, you will report directly to the Construction Manager or Project Director r expertise will drive project forecasting, including earned value analysis and variance reporting, to enhance project performance. Leveraging your insight into Earned Value Management (EVM), you will ensure effective communication of results to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead forecasting, EAC, and variance reporting

• Implement an EVM-based reporting system

• Manage the change management process throughout projects

• Prepare and present cost reports and cash flow forecasts

• Collaborate on creating the WBS with project teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years in project controls or cost management

• Relevant post-secondary education in Engineering or Finance

• Experience with cash flow forecasting and performance measurement

• Strong understanding of project change management

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
