WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Administrative Coordinator provides exceptional administrative support to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of Zahn Canada in the areas of Equipment, Technology and CAD/CAM with Henry Schein Canada. As a team-oriented self-starter who thrives on attention to detail, the Administrative Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative support services to meet the needs and expectations across various business activities.
The Administrative Coordinator demonstrates a high degree of discretion and confidentiality and can diplomatically handle inquiries from both internal and external parties.
WHAT YOU BRING
You have a diploma or certificate in Office Administration (or equivalent experience) and 3–5 years of success in a fast-paced, professional environment. You bring strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, with intermediate Excel capabilities. Experience with reporting and data analysis is considered an asset. You excel in delivering clear written and verbal communication with a strong customer-focused approach.
Your favourite words are administrative, assistant, administrative assistant, coordinator, administration, support and customer service.
* This is a six-month contract position, based out of our Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON location. Hybrid with 1-2 days on-site per week.
Compensation: The posted range for this position is between $20.00 to $28.00 hourly, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc.
