Location: Thorold
Become a vital part of CAA Niagara as an Administrative Assistant in Thorold, ON. This full-time position supports the President & CEO and fosters collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.
In this essential role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinating calendars, managing travel arrangements, and facilitating meetings. Your proactive approach will help maintain confidentiality while engaging with the Executive team, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the calendar of the President & CEO
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
• Plan logistics for meetings and events
• Assist with Board and Committee meeting logistics
• Prepare presentation materials for various audiences
Requirements:
• 2-year college diploma in related field
• 3-5 years in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professionalism in handling confidential information
