Guide student services at the University of Niagara Falls Canada as a Student Information Officer. Deliver expert support to students, faculty, and stakeholders within a permanent, full-time role.

Reporting to the Manager of Student Records, the Student Information Officer ensures a student-centered experience by handling diverse inquiries related to academic records, tuition, and financial support. This position seeks professionals who can maintain confidentiality while providing insight into admissions, registration, and enrolment services. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to assist a wide range of clients in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information on admissions, enrolment, and financial supports

• Resolve inquiries by assessing needs and directing students

• Assist with graduation processes and coordinating documentation

• Process student account transactions and record maintenance

• Support stakeholders with accurate guidance and referrals

Requirements:

• Two years of post-secondary education in a related field

• Two years of experience in student services or administration

• Familiarity with privacy regulations and student record handling

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage high volumes of inquiries
