Office Administrator

Position: Dynamic Office Administrator Wanted
Location: Niagara Falls

Become an essential part of Design Electronics as an Office Administrator, supporting administrative functions in finance, HR, and operations. This role involves comprehensive management of diverse tasks for seamless operations.

You will report to the Director of Operations and take ownership of significant administrative processes. Your duties will range from overseeing the payroll cycle and customer billing, to managing office supplies and coordinating various HR activities. You will work closely with the Finance Coordinator to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the payroll cycle from follow-up to time-off tracking

• Manage customer invoices, payments, and accounts receivable

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, offboarding, and orientation

• Maintain daily office operations and vendor relationships

• Plan and facilitate company events and meetings

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in business administration

• 3+ years in office administration with financial oversight

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel

• Ability to prioritize tasks with sound judgment
