Support apprentice records at Niagara College’s Welland Campus through People Soft administration, enrolment processing, and data reconciliation. This part-time position works primarily on campus.
As a Records Clerk in Enrolment Services, you will support student record-keeping for specialized programming. The work includes Apprenticeship Seat Plan, Dual Credit, School College Works, and similar programs. You will communicate with apprentices, College staff, and Ministry contacts while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate about anomalies, problems, and record changes
- Review apprentice programs before each intake
- Create and revise mapping charts
- Create People Soft applications and enroll apprentices
- Run queries, amend records, and assist contract enrolment
- Minimum two-year diploma in any field
- Minimum two years in a post-secondary environment
- Advanced Microsoft Suites skills
- Familiarity with data and records management
- Strong communication and customer service skills are an asset
