Position: Coordinator for Events at Brock University
Location: St. Catharines

Reporting to the Associate Director of Conference and Parking Services, this position requires the planning and execution of smaller events while assisting with larger, more complex projects. Candidates should demonstrate capability in effective communication, organizing logistics, and client service excellence. Managing budgets and vendor relations forms a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute event logistics for client satisfaction

• Manage general inquiries and resolve client concerns

• Provide necessary resources through campus partnerships

• Conduct thorough post-event evaluations for feedback

• Assist with administrative tasks related to event contracts

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or extensive relevant experience

• Valid G class driver's license

• Background in event planning or hospitality

• Strong skills in communication and customer service

• Proven project management capabilities
