Overview
cherche à renforcer son pôle recouvrement .Et recrute un Gestionnaire Client (H/F), dont la principale mission est la gestion et l'enregistrement des contrats et des commandes clients.
Principales tâches- Valider et saisir les commandes et les contrats dans le respect des conditions contractuelles clients et des processus internes.
- Tenir à jour l’outil de gestion des commandes.
- Classer les dossiers selon les modalités définies.
- Régulariser régulièrement et au plus vite toute commande ou contrat par une action ou information auprès de notre service commercial.
- Alerter la hiérarchie sur toute demande non conforme.
- Ces missions seront complétées par de l'assistanat commercial.
Vous avez un BAC +3 ou plus en gestion d'entreprise ou équivalent.
Vous avez les qualités suivantes:
- Esprit d’initiative
- Gestion des priorités
- Rigueur et organisation
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Sens de la communication.
- Réactivité
- Très bonne maîtrise de la langue française
Contrat: CDI
