As AVP for Global People Services, you will oversee strategy integration to ensure launch readiness and operational effectiveness. Your experience in HR operations, service design, and product management will be crucial for assessing service alignment, conducting readiness assessments, and orchestrating innovative solutions. Collaborating with regional managers and key stakeholders, you’ll prioritize processes that enhance service delivery and user experience.
