Location: Niagara Falls
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Stack townhouse construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
Duties Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance
Conduct quality inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
Perform or oversee construction inspections to verify progress and compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Manage construction estimating tasks related to project scope, materials, and labor requirements
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings with on-site personnel
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly
Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, inspections, and progress reports
Skills Proven experience in construction management and site supervision of Stack Townhomes
Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality inspection, and construction inspection processes
Electrical experience is a plus for overseeing the electrical components of projects
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks effectively
Deep understanding of quality control standards within the construction industry
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes
Leadership qualities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
