Role Description  We are seeking a dedicated CSR/Receptionist to join our team in Niagara Falls, ON. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phone calls, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The CSR/Receptionist will also assist with various office tasks to support the daily operations of our brokerage.
Qualifications   Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Proficiency in creating positive Customer Experiences
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous experience in insurance or related industries is an asset
RIBO License a Must
Experience in SIGXP & Company portals is an asset
