This position requires working Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM. Key responsibilities include greeting members, assisting with inquiries, and maintaining club cleanliness. Your exemplary customer service skills will help resolve issues and connect with members on their fitness journeys, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all members and guests enthusiastically

• Assist members with questions about their fitness experiences

• Answer all phone inquiries professionally and courteously

• Manage membership services including sign-ups and updates

• Regularly clean and maintain gym equipment and facilities

Requirements:

• Preferred: 6-12 months in customer service roles

• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED Certification

• Basic knowledge of computer systems

• Excellent communication and empathy skills

• Reliability and punctuality are essential traits
