Position: Customer-Focused Member Experience Role
Location: St. Catharines

Drive excellent member service as a Customer-Focused Member Experience Representative ntify financial solutions that enhance the well-being of our members.

In this position, you'll focus on delivering high-quality service while empowering members with accurate financial advice. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will participate in business development initiatives and ensure adherence to the organization's Member Experience standards. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to support and achieve member engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members to determine their financial needs

• Facilitate proactive business development within the branches

• Promote alternative delivery channels for optimal member experience

• Handle various transactional services efficiently

• Assist with compliance and audit activities as needed

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• 3 years relevant experience in banking or credit unions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Experienced in member interactions and communications

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
