Position: Customer Service Account Advisor Role

As a Customer Service Account Advisor, you will engage directly with customers to manage their accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will utilize your empathetic listening and communication skills to facilitate lease renewals and handle challenging discussions effectively.

Your role will be integral in providing a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers’ account information is maintained accurately

• Conduct outreach for lease agreement renewals

• Assist customers with merchandise returns and deliveries

• Work with management to meet revenue goals

• Perform vehicle maintenance and operational tasks

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old with valid Driver’s License in the U.S.

• Two years of experience in customer service preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs without help

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
