You will utilize your strong sales skills and multitasking abilities to manage check-ins, reservations, and troubleshoot guest concerns. Collaborate with management to uphold our commitment to outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate guest check-ins and manage all registrations

• Make and alter reservations promptly

• Provide concierge services and assist with inquiries

• Handle payments and maintain an accurate cash float

• Investigate and resolve guest complaints effectively

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service roles is essential

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written

• Hospitality Management degree is a plus

• Strong organizational skills for working under pressure

• Experience with Opera Cloud system is advantageous
