Tulip Festival Group Experience Attendant

Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake

Step into a vital role at the Tulip Festival as a Group Experience Attendant. This position involves welcoming guests, managing entry flow, and ensuring a memorable experience for groups.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to assist with VIP guests, bus tours, and field trips from late April to May. You will guide groups smoothly, support them with key information, and handle any entry issues. Your organizational skills and calm demeanor will be essential as you lead educational activities for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage entry flow

• Provide welcome kits and instructions to groups

• Direct guests to VIP areas and information points

• Address ticket issues and communicate with management

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at entrance

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years (18+ preferred)

• Strong communication skills with all age groups

• Ability to lead group activities during field trips

• Comfortable standing for long periods

• Reliable transportation to the event site
