This role empowers you to be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring their needs are met in a welcoming environment. You will greet patrons, resolve concerns, and maintain club cleanliness while promoting a supportive community. Candidates should be upbeat, reliable, and eager to assist others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and assist with check-in procedures

• Address member questions and concerns effectively

• Promote the Judgement Free Zone® and uphold club standards

• Conduct membership transactions and maintain records

• Regularly clean and sanitize club equipment and facilities

Requirements:

• Preferred 6-12 months of customer service experience

• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification

• Basic proficiency in computer applications

• Commitment to punctuality and reliability

• Strong ability to communicate and empathize
