Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers receive top-notch service and support

• Provide advice and information on wine selections

• Operate cash and POS systems for transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Foster a positive shopping atmosphere for all customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience

• Smart Serve Certification preferred but not required

• Ability to consistently lift 40lbs as needed

• Proficient use of Windows applications like Word and Outlook

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays
