As a part of the Canada Life team, you’ll utilize your 2 years of experience in a financial services environment to support both clients and advisors. This rewarding position includes responding to inquiries, managing communication, and coordinating appointments, making you the vital connection in the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer client inquiries through phone and email

• Manage and document client appointments and events

• Assist advisors with administrative tasks

• Ensure accuracy of client documentation

• Provide timely escalation of client issues

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in an Advisor/Client support role

• Degree or diploma in business, finance, or a related field

• Skilled in Office
365 applications

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
