Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via telephone and email

• Schedule service and maintenance appointments

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Coordinate with Service, Parts, and Sales Department staff

• Document information in the Appointment Log

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of dealership experience preferred

• Strong customer service skills

• Valid Ontario Driver's License

• Excellent attention to detail
