The Landline Company is looking for a part-time Customer Service Agent committed to enhancing the travel experience for passengers. With at least two years of customer service experience, you will assist travelers at the airport, ensuring efficient boarding and service processes. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet travelers and provide service information

• Manage passenger check-in and boarding processes

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues

• Input passenger information accurately into systems

• Load baggage on Landline vehicles as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2 years of customer service experience required

• Experience with Airline Passenger Service Systems preferred

• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
