Position: Marker Grader ACTG 4P12 Fall D2
Location: St. Catharines

ACTG 4P12 Marker‑Grader
The Marker‑Grader will mark assignments, term projects, case reports, midterms, progress exams, and final exams, provide written feedback to students, and may invigilate exams and enter grades into databases as requested by the course instructor.

Compensation

Master’s Degree Complete – $36.00 per hour (effective 1 September 2026)

Undergraduate Degree Complete – $31.04 per hour (effective 1 September 2026)

Third Year Complete – $22.91 per hour (effective 1 September 2026)

Second Year Complete – $20.15 per hour (effective 1 September 2026)

First Year Complete – $19.00 per hour (effective 1 September 2026)

Duties

Mark assignments and provide clear written feedback indicating grading criteria.

Invigilate mid‑terms and examinations as requested.

Enter grades into databases in accordance with course instructor requirements.

Act in accordance with Article 22 of the Collective Agreement.

Qualifications

Completed ACTG 4P12 (or equivalent in English) with a minimum grade of 80 %.

Graduate of or major in Accounting with a minimum major average of 75 %.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to meet deadlines.

Previous Marker/Grader experience is an asset.
